Get vaccinated by scheduling a vaccine or booster appointment

Schedule your vaccine or booster dose appointment online or call the Health Department Vaccine Scheduling Resource Line at 888-457-0186. The scheduling resource line is available Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. ET and Saturday - Sunday from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. ET. Languages other than English are available.

At-home COVID-19 vaccinations

Georgians who are currently homebound due to an ongoing disability and cannot travel to a COVID-19 vaccination site can request a vaccination or booster at their home.

Call 888-572-0112 or email [email protected] with the following information for the person who needs a vaccination provided at home. The following information will be needed for the person requesting vaccination.

  • Name of the person needing a vaccination
  • Date of birth
  • Address
  • City
  • County
  • Contact phone number and name if different than the person who is homebound
